1. About us

GharMart Digital is an online marketplace selling digital products such as eBooks, online courses, templates, plugins, digital tools and business resources to customers in India and abroad.

All prices on the site are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Purchases, downloads and course access linked to your account are treated as yours.

We may suspend an account if we see credential sharing, repeated download-limit abuse or attempts to redistribute our products.

3. Orders and delivery

Digital delivery is immediate. Once a payment is confirmed, download links and course access appear on the success page and in your dashboard.

If access fails for a technical reason, contact support with your order ID and we will restore it or replace the file.

4. Pricing and promotions

Sale prices, coupon codes and bundle offers are valid only for the period shown and may be withdrawn at any time.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid in full.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, sublicense, publicly share, upload to file-sharing sites, or repackage our products as your own.

Course videos are for your personal viewing. Screen recording, re-uploading or group screenings are not permitted.

6. Intellectual property

All products remain the property of GharMart Digital or the respective creator. A purchase grants you a licence to use the product, not ownership of it.

7. Limitation of liability

Our products are educational and practical resources. They do not guarantee income, rankings, ad performance or business results, which depend on your own effort and circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version always applies to new orders. These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
