Refund Policy

1. Why digital refunds are limited

The moment a payment succeeds, your download links unlock and course access is granted. Because the product has already been delivered in full, we cannot accept refund requests based on change of mind, or on having bought the wrong product by mistake without contacting us first.

2. When we do refund

Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same order. We refund the extra amount in full.

Corrupted or unusable file: the file does not open or is incomplete, and we cannot supply a working replacement.

Access failure: the download or course access could not be delivered to you and we could not fix it.

Wrong product delivered: the files you received do not match what the product page described.

Unauthorised payment: the payment was made without the account holder's consent and this is confirmed with the payment provider.

3. When we cannot refund

Change of mind after access, or having already downloaded the files or watched course lessons.

The product not meeting an expectation that was never claimed on the product page.

Your device, software version or plan being incompatible where requirements were listed on the product page.

Results not matching your hopes — our products are resources, not guaranteed outcomes.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@gharmartdigital.in or raise a ticket from your dashboard within 7 days of purchase. Include your order ID and a short description, with a screenshot if it is a file or access issue.

We usually reply within one working day. We will first try to fix the issue by replacing the file or restoring access, because that is faster for you than a refund.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Banks and UPI providers typically take 5 to 7 working days to show the credit.
