License Policy

Personal Use licence

You may use the product for your own learning, your own business or your own projects. One person may access it.

You may not use it in paid deliverables for clients, include it in a product you sell, or share the files with colleagues, students or friends.

Personal + Commercial licence

You may use the product for your own work and inside paid client projects — for example using a template pack to design social posts for a client, or installing a plugin on a client website covered by the licence quantity stated on the product page.

You may modify the files freely for those projects.

Never permitted under any licence

Reselling, redistributing or giving away the original or lightly modified files.

Uploading products to file-sharing sites, Telegram groups, marketplaces or course-sharing platforms.

Claiming authorship of our products, or using them to build a competing template, course or plugin store.

Sharing one account's login so multiple people can access the same purchase.

Course content

Course videos are always personal-use only, regardless of the licence on templates included with the course. Recording, re-uploading or teaching directly from our videos is not permitted.

Extended and team licences

If you need multi-site, agency or team coverage, email support@gharmartdigital.in and we will quote an extended licence for the products you need.

Enforcement

Licence breaches lead to account termination without refund, and we may pursue further action for large-scale redistribution.
